Project Overview:

Bankit is a microfinance bank based in Nigeria that focuses on helping young Nigerians effectively manage their finances.

They offer a range of services, including savings accounts, money transfers, bill payments, card payments, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), loans, and more.

With a mission to simplify financial planning and spending, Bankit’s innovative approach places them as a pioneer in modern financial management solutions.

Before its public launch, Bankit needed a comprehensive strategy to establish a strong brand identity, engage a diverse customer base, and implement tools to streamline operations and enhance customer service.

The challenge was to ensure all aspects of the brand and marketing strategy worked cohesively to build trust and deliver value to their target audience.

The Solution:

I partnered with Bankit to deliver a tailored solution focusing on three main areas: branding, digital marketing, and MarTech setup.

My work was designed to meet their needs comprehensively while laying a strong foundation for future growth.

Deliverable One:

Branding and Design

Logo Design: Developed a distinctive and versatile logo that embodies Bankit’s mission to simplify financial management.

App Store Screens and Messaging: Designed captivating and informative visuals and descriptions for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, highlighting key app features.

Business and ATM Card Design: Created sleek designs for business cards and ATM cards to reinforce professionalism and brand trust.

Brand Style Guide: Delivered a detailed guide outlining typography, color palettes, and brand standards to ensure consistency across all media.

Website UI/UX Design: Designed a user-friendly and visually appealing website that aligns with customer needs and Bankit’s goals.

App Icon Animations: Created engaging animations for app icons to enhance the user experience and boost brand recall.

Social Media Branding: Designed cohesive templates and strategies to maintain a unified presence across social platforms.

Company Profile: Compiled a professional company profile to effectively communicate Bankit’s mission, values, and service offerings.

Pitch Deck: Created an informative and convincing deck to communicate the Bankit business landscape to potential investors, partners, or customers.

Digital Marketing Strategy

Comprehensive Marketing Plan: Crafted a strategic marketing plan with clear objectives, timelines, and measurable KPIs.

Customer Persona Survey: Conducted surveys targeting six unique customer groups to gain insights into their needs and preferences.

Persona-Feature Mapping: Mapped identified personas to Bankit’s product features to ensure targeted personal finance features and messaging.

MarTech Setup

Zoho One Implementation: Deployed essential Zoho tools, including Desk, Socials, SalesIQ, Survey, Projects, Social, and Vault, to streamline operations.

System Integration: Ensured seamless integration across tools for synchronized workflows.

Customer Service Enhancements

Social Media Integration: Integrated social media channels with Zoho Desk, enabling direct ticket submissions from social platforms.

Email Support Channel: Set up a dedicated email support system to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Live Chat ChatBot: Designed and implemented an AI-driven chatbot through SalesIQ for instant support and reduced response times.
